Ifeanyi is a Strategic Foresight and Leadership Expert. He is the Managing Director/CEO of the Foresight & Leadership Company Inc and the Director-General of the Institute for Foresight & Leadership, Canada, and Nigeria.
Before his foray into strategy, leadership, and management, he has had over 12 years’ experience in the banking industry where he functioned in various roles as Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, and Performance Management Officer. While in these roles, he created and managed account relationships, managed loan portfolios, supervised branch operations, developed and maintained measures of organizational performance, and facilitated monthly in-house workshops and seminars.
He has trained and consulted for over 100 clients in the areas of Scenario Planning, Leadership Development, Innovation and Strategy, Anticipatory Management, Organization Design, Organizational Resilience, Workplace Effectiveness, and Sales. In 2016, he hosted a weekly Radio Show on the 92.3 Inspiration FM Radio titled “The Manager,” which discussed nuggets for becoming an effective Manager. The show attracted over 10 million audience listenership. Also, he has organized business seminars for over 1,000 firms on Organizational Leadership and General Management.

Ifeanyi earned his Doctoral degree in Strategic Leadership with a specialization in Strategic Foresight from Regent University, Virginia Beach, USA. He obtained his MBA in Finance and Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Nigeria in 2002 and 2006, respectively. Also, he is a certified life transformational coach in Neurolinguistics Programming.

Verne Wheelwright is an internationally recognized professional in the field of Foresight and Futures Studies. He is the author of the award winning book It’s Your Future… Make it a Good One! (now in five languages), The Personal Futures Workbook, and the Small Business Foresight Workbook. His newest book is Small Business Foresight. He has published articles in a number of professional journals and other publications. Dr. Wheelwright has conducted workshops and addressed audiences in major cities across the U.S. He has also spoken to audiences internationally, including Turkey, Denmark, India, Australia, Japan, Canada and other countries.
In 2006, Wheelwright was awarded a PhD. from Leeds Metropolitan University for his groundbreaking research in the application of futures methods to individual lives. That research led to the development of The Personal Futures Workbook, which provides detailed worksheets and explanations that lead individuals through the same futuring process used successfully by major businesses and institutions worldwide for decades. Mohsen is a professional futurist, a strategist extraordinaire, and a technology enthusiast. Currently, Mohsen is in charge of Strategic Planning at Jahanpars Engineering and Construction Company, a large size successful corporation in the Middle East. He is a passionately driven and well-organized foresight executive with many years of experience in developing new scenarios, exploring futures, and planning strategies.
Between 2017 and 2019, Mohsen was the Director of Strategic Foresight and Strategy at Rayanashr Far hang Company, Tehran. In this role, he coordinated efforts to identify weak signals, emerging trends, and detect discontinuous change early. Also, he worked with a dedicated team to interpret weak signals and their consequences for the organization and recommended future courses of action to ensure the long-term survival and success of the firm.
Mohsen received his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters of Science in Technology Foresight from Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran, Iran; and PhD. in Strategic Foresight from Imam Khomeini International University, Qazvin, Iran. His core specialties include Scenario Planning, Industry Trends, Sales Forecasting, and Data Analysis.
West currently serves as the Principal for West & Associates. In this role, he conducts organizational and other social science research and helps graduate students, by coaching them in their academic research efforts. He also conducts seminars and provide keynote addresses on research, leadership, and management topics.
West previously served Central Philippine University and Regent University in adjunct professor and researcher roles. At CPU, He taught in the MA, MBA, MS, and Doctor of Management programs and worked with the Director of Institutional Research and Vice President of Academic Affairs, in the fields of project development and management. At Regent University, he taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels that included work in the MBA, MS, Doctor of Strategic Leadership, and Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership programs.
At different periods, West served GP Strategies Corporation in the role of Principal Project Management / Training Specialist; most recently providing project schedule coordination, supervision, and other training administration work. Also, he worked in the sale and marketing of real estate, as a broker; and of office equipment, as a sales manager and senior account representative. Additionally, he served as a nuclear-trained mechanic (CPO) on submarines, in the US Navy, where he qualified as an Organization Effectiveness Consultant and trainer. He has further served in several churches in non-vocational positions, including those of Associate Pastor, Minister of Music/Worship, and Minister of Education.
