A shared culture is important for the long-term sustainability of every organization. The statement that “ culture trumps strategy” remains true in every organization. Therefore, organizational leaders must ensure they maintain the right culture that supports organizational objectives. This course examines the role of personal and organizational values on the development of ethics and codes of conduct in multiple cultures around the globe. Leaders must know how values develop, change and are reinforced. Values measurement and the role of values in readiness for change are among the concepts tested.
